ACTUALLY THAT I DO NOT KNOW, BUT POSSIBLY NOT, WE ARE WEIRD. Sometimes we have strict rules regarding anything and everything, and other times we do what we want.

Seriously, come to my town, everyone has an accent. Mostly Chinese and Indian, but there are two people from Ireland with Irish accents at my church.
